. In the event that an engineer is not available to take your
call, you will be asked to leave a brief description with our support
dispatch person at the helpdesk. Your information will then be allocated
to the first available engineer.

Hours of Operation
BMS technical support is available from Monday through Friday, 9am
to 5pm (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time.
